Blueberry Mocha Frappe

Ingredients:

  • 2 shots of espresso (about 2 oz)

  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz) of Torani's Blueberry Syrup

  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz) of Torani's Dark Chocolate Sauce

  • 1/2 cup (8 oz) of milk

  • 1 oz of granulated sugar

  • 1.5 cups of ice cubes

  • 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum

  • Whipped cream for both the bottom and top of the drink

  • Chocolate shavings for topping

  • Blueberries for garnish

Tools Needed:

  • Espresso Machine or Espresso Pot

  • Measuring Glass

  • Blender

  • Milk Pitcher

  • Tall Glass

Instructions:

  1. Brew your espresso shots. While the espresso is brewing, add a layer of whipped cream to the bottom of your glass.

  2. In a blender, combine the espresso, blueberry syrup, chocolate sauce, milk, sugar, ice cubes, and xanthan gum.

  3. Blend until smooth and frothy.

  4. Pour the blended frappe mixture into the glass over the layer of whipped cream.

  5. Top with an additional generous amount of whipped cream, a sprinkle of chocolate shavings, fresh blueberries, and a drizzle of blueberry syrup.
