Chocolate Cold Foam

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) of heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz) of 2% milk

  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz) of granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz) of dark chocolate sauce

Instructions:

  1. Heat the dark chocolate sauce until it becomes liquid enough to mix easily. You can do this in a microwave or a small saucepan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, 2% milk, granulated sugar, and melted dark chocolate sauce.

  3. Use the Milk Frother to whip the mixture until it forms a thick, frothy foam. This should take about 1-2 minutes with an electric frother, or a bit longer if using a handheld frother.

  4. Remember, this cold foam is best used immediately as it doesn't store well and can lose its frothy texture over time.
